The $200,000,000 revenue business achieved 11% EBIT in the first year after the restructuring.    

  • Worked closely with a provider of water treatment equipment to restructure their supply chain and engineering services to reverse a five-year trend of losses and negative cash flow. Achieved $2,500,000 of profitability in the first year.
