William “Bill” Rouse is a skilled strategic advisor and change agent, who specializes in aiding organizations with business development, continuous improvements, supply chain optimization and enterprise rejuvenation. As a senior executive, Mr. Rouse has successfully led multinational organizations exceeding $1B in annual turnover. His skill base has been refined working alongside industry-leading firms such as McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting, IBM Meritus, Barclays, etc. to help transform businesses. He has successfully led the efforts to acquire and divest dozens of businesses to augment and refine existing enterprises. 

 

Mr. Rouse is equally adept in the board room, factory floor and jobsite and he has served as a trusted advisor to hedge funds, private equity, oilfield service firms and in the water treatment industry. Mr. Rouse holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Texas A&M University and has numerous patents in Sand Control and Passive Inflow Control Technology.
